**Please Note: This is a blended learning training that requires an online training portion be completed prior to the in-person skills portion. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that will direct you to the Red Cross website to create an online account and complete the online training portion. You must use the link in the email as it is unique to Family Advocacy Solutions. Each individual must complete the online portion separately. Once the online training has been completed, you should receive a confirmation email from Red Cross, this email must be shown to the instructor at the in-person training. If you complete the online training on your cell phone, screenshot the last screen that says, "Congratulations" and that can be shown as proof to the instructor. If proof of completion is not provided, you will not be able to proceed with the in-person training. **It has been brought to our attention that if you complete the online training on your cell phone you must do it in one setting as it does not correctly save your progress. There have not been issues reported when completing the online training on a computer.
