Tiffany Elkins

Home Assessor and Teacher

Tiffany is an instructor for CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross, as well as the instructor of several Resource Parent trainings. She currently serves as the Training Coordinator for Family Advocacy Solutions. Tiffany also enjoys her role as a Home Assessor, helping families become licensed for their roles as Resource Parents.

Tiffany graduated in 2015 from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, where her love of the social work field began. She worked in the Child Welfare field for six years, wearing many hats including preventative services, investigations, and licensing. After leaving Children's Division in 2021, Tiffany spent two years at Probation and Parole, where she was able to work hand in hand with those who have struggled in the community. In April 2023, she ultimately took a break from her usual 90 to Nothing life, to go back to her roots of helping families succeed.

When she's not working, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and four children that keep her active in their extracurricular activities. Tiffany enjoys listening to 90's Hits, quoting movies, pushing her anxiety to the edge, and binge watching true crime. She believes in 'seeing the good' no matter the situation.
